Case Update: There was a settlement reached with Acu-Gen and C.N. Wang. The settlement terms were discussed in conference call with many of the Class Members. Then, Wang fired his attorneys and reneged on the settlement. In February 2008, we filed a motion to enforce the settlement agreement and/or to enter a default judgment against Wang and Acu-Gen.

___________________________________ As part of the investigation, Gainey & McKenna has written to Dr. Wang, Pregnancystore.com, and Acu-Gen and requested that they provide comments concerning the product, complaints and allegations. To date, Gainey & Mckenna has not received a response to the letters.
